The Activity

Fresh has been working with Bristol Uniforms, a world-leading designer and manufacturer of firefighter protective clothing, since early 2016. Fresh manages Bristol Uniforms’ press office. It runs a highly effective business to business media relations campaign, targeting key fire trade publications with relevant and informative news stories and features, appropriate to their readership.

In addition, it manages and develops content for Bristol Uniform’s website and social media pages. The latter acts as an extension to its website and provides an opportunity to engage in conversations with its customers and suppliers.

Fresh also produces several newsletters and e-newsletters, aimed at customers, potential customers and its large network of international distributors. These newsletters are individually tailored to their audience.

The Outcome

Over the period of a year Fresh:

  • Held face-to-face briefings with all key editors
  • Drafted and issued a number of news stories, achieving wide-spread press coverage across all key publications
  • Drafted and placed numerous features in all key publications
  • Top five key messages published regularly across top titles
  • Achieved a steady increase in followers on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Produced several newsletters and e-newsletters, receiving positive feedback from recipients
